Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts and prepare financial reports. The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, with 1-3 years of experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and Asana is a plus. Responsibilities include cash flow management, month-end closings, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

  • Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL and month-end closing.
  • Monitor and prepare cash flow forecast.
  • Responsible on the full spectrum of Fixed Assets functions.
  • Generate monthly invoices and handle customer enquiries.
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules and reconciliations of inter-company transactions.
  • Review monthly and yearly bank reconciliation.
  • Review and submit quarterly GST e-submission.
  • Assist in monthly financial and management reports.
  • Assist in and handling year-end statutory audits.
  • Assist in compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Assist in process improvements and system enhancements.

  • 5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm
  • Salary: $2,800 - $3,500 + 14 Days AL

Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Accounting or related discipline
  • Min. 1-3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Any experience with Microsoft Business Central and Asana will be advantageous
Job Scopes
  • Handle full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL and month-end closing
  • Monitor and prepare cash flow forecast
  • Responsible on the full spectrum of Fixed Assets functions
  • Generate monthly invoices and handle customer enquiries
  • Prepare balance sheet schedules: Fixed assets, prepayments, accruals, reconciliations of inter-company transactions and balances & etc
  • Review monthly and yearly bank reconciliation
  • Review and submit quarterly GST e‑submission and assist in ECI and Form C e‑submission
  • Assist in monthly financial and management reports
  • Assist in and handling year‑end statutory audits
  • Assist in compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls
  • Assist in process improvements and system enhancements
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by Management
