We are representing a leading international logistics provider in search of a Sales Manager (Hunter) to drive business growth across the Asia Pacific region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive the sales function for air, sea, and land freight & logistics services in Singapore.
  • Develop and implement annual, quarterly, and monthly sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and volume targets.
  • Expand business within existing accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships and increased wallet share.
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts on sales performance and pipeline development.
  • Represent the company at key customer meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related discipline.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in sales or business development within freight forwarding, logistics, or 3PL (preferably multi-modal).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of air, sea, and land freight operations and customer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Results-driven with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
