Résumé du poste
A municipal town council in Singapore is seeking a qualified engineering officer to manage and coordinate a team on lift-related matters. You will be responsible for compiling data, tracking lift enhancements, and ensuring all works comply with safety standards. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, at least 3 years of experience in lift maintenance, and possesses strong project management skills. This role also requires good communication abilities and risk analysis skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in lift maintenance.
- Experience in elevators is a must.
- Strong skills in project management, budget planning, and forecasting.
Responsabilités
- Manage a team on lift-related matters.
- Compile lift fault and downtime data monthly.
- Monitor and track lift enhancement and replacement works.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards.
