A leading hospitality outlet in Singapore is seeking a dedicated individual to assist in managing day-to-day operations. The role involves ensuring profitability, leading the service and kitchen teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates should have a degree or diploma in hospitality, at least 2 years of experience, and excel in leadership and interpersonal skills. The position requires working 6-day shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Bar and Restaurant environment.
  • Fluent in English and possess good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to work 6 days shift work including weekends and Public Holidays.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with overall profitability and efficient operation of the outlet.
  • Ensure smooth operations on a day-to-day basis.
  • Effectively lead the service, bar, and kitchen team.
