Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as a Captain, Senior Waiter, or similar role in a busy restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Supervisor in overseeing daily operations.
• Lead a section of the restaurant floor to ensure service flow.
• Guide and support junior service staff, providing training.
