Job summary
A retail company in Singapore is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to engage with customers, sell products, and provide top-notch service. The position offers a gross salary starting at $2,305 plus commission, with a dynamic work schedule of 44 hours per week.

- Interact with customers to sell products and provide service.
- Generate new business through walk-ins and phone inquiries.
- Perform after-sales services and maintain housekeeping standards.

Working hours: 44 hours/week (3 days 8 hours; 2 days 10 hours)
Location: West Gate / Changi Jewel
Gross Salary $2,305 above + Commission (Average $400 to $500)
*commission will be higher on peak season (nov - feb)
- Interact with customers to sell products and provide customer service
- Generate new businesses (Walk Ins or / and Phone enquiries)
- To contact customers and perform after sales services
- Attain and maintain required service standards
- Respond to service challenges, e.g. handling customer queries and / or complaints
- Provide supporting activities; i.e. invoicing, packing
- Maintain housekeeping standards at the Boutique
