  • Assist in coordinating travel bookings, including accommodations and tours.
  • Support invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking.
  • Update and maintain customer information.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for corporate travel.

The Client Services Executive provides essential administrative support to ensure smooth operations for our corporate clients. This role involves assisting with coordination, documentation, communication, and organizational tasks that enable the agency to deliver high-quality services to clients efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, organize, and file client contracts, itineraries, and travel documents.
  • Handle flight reservations and ticketing using GDS or online booking tools, ensuring best fares, route efficiency, and compliance with corporate travel policies.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and meeting logistics for corporate and group travellers.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in documentation.
  • Assist in coordinating travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation.
  • Support invoicing, payment processing, and expense tracking for client booking with cloud-based Mid-back-Office tool.
  • Update and maintain customer information and assist in analysis of customer actions, preferences, and feedback to inform strategic decision-making, enhance products/services, and optimize customer experiences.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for corporate travel, including visas and travel insurance.
  • Any ad-hoc task as assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum two (2) years’ experience in an administrative or support role, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Able to work independently and is a team player.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to adapt to flexi / hybrid work arrangement.
