Job summary

A manpower services company in Singapore is seeking a candidate for a 6-month contract role focused on Accounts Receivable. Responsibilities include handling customer collections, managing inquiries, generating financial reports, and supporting the AR portfolio. Job description

Duration: 6-month contract (option to extend another 6 months)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer collections, including preparation of billings, creation of deposit records, and processing of GIRO payments.
• Manage customer inquiries and exceptions such as waivers and refunds.
• Generate and dispatch customer statements of accounts.
• Prepare Accounts Receivable (AR) reports, including AR aging reports.
• Review refund and/or payment requests, including transactions under deposit accounts.
• Support various tasks within the AR portfolio as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Fresh diploma graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in an Accounts Receivable role is an advantage.
• Familiarity with SAP or prior experience in a shared services environment is an advantage.
• Knowledge or experience in automation, computing science, or project management will be beneficial.
