Job summary
A facility management company in Singapore is seeking an experienced individual to man the FRC, handling urgent assistance and fault reports. The role requires logging faults, ensuring repairs are completed within KPIs, and managing logistics requests. Candidates should have at least a Nitec qualification and 2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities
- Man the FRC as the first point of contact for urgent assistance.
- Receive fault reports through hotline and email, redirect them to the relevant contractor.
- Log-in/update fault reports into the MMS accurately and timely.
- Ensure completion of repairs or servicing within the KPI.
- Process and follow up events and logistics requests.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
Education
Nitec in Technology for Facility Management, GEC 'O' or 'N' level, 'A' Level or equivalent

Job Description
- To man the FRC. The FRC is the first point of contact whenever a user seeks urgent assistance.
- To receive fault reports through the hotline and email, and redirect the fault reports to the relevant maintenance contractor.
- To accurately and timely log‑in/update fault reports into the MMS (Maintenance Mate System).
- To ensure the completion of the repair or servicing of any outstanding faults and service requests within the KPI.
- To receive, process, and follow up events and logistics requests.
- To perform other ad‑hoc duties required.
