🔍 What You’ll Do

As our Account Executive, you will oversee the full spectrum of finance operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance and seamless collaboration across teams.

🛠️ Job Responsibilities
  • Manage the full set of accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger, and month-end closing
  • Handle daily accounting entries, reconciliations, and data processing with precision
  • Prepare monthly financial and management reports for review
  • Ensure compliance with IRAS regulations, including corporate tax, GST filing, and statutory reporting
  • Monitor and manage petty cash, including disbursements and staff claims.
  • participate in stock-take and inventory verification
  • Assist in audits, financial analysis, and other ad-hoc finance-related projects
✅ Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accountancy, or equivalent, with at least 3 years of experience in the retail industry
  • Positive learning attitude and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
