Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead market expansion and business development in Singapore and Southeast Asia.

This role is crucial in driving Arsia’s international growth, establishing key customer relationships, and building a professional distribution network for our industrial, marine, and offshore cables.

You will act as a bridge between the Singapore headquarters and our manufacturing base in China.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development in Singapore and the SEA region, targeting electrical contractors, engineering companies, system integrators, and shipyards.
  • Independently manage the full sales cycle — from customer development, quotation, and negotiation to order execution and payment collection.
  • Build and manage high-quality customer and distributor databases.
  • Develop and manage regional distributor networks, ensuring healthy channel structure and price integrity.
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence, pricing trends, and competitor information to support strategy formulation.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Collaborate closely with headquarters teams (production, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth delivery and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in industrial, electrical, or building materials sectors.
  • Proven success in market development, key account management, or distributor expansion.
  • Prior exposure to shipyard, offshore, or energy infrastructure clients is a strong advantage.
  • Experience working in international or cross-cultural environments preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: SGD 5,000 – 8,000/month (commensurate with experience)

Commission: Uncapped, based on actual collection performance
