Job summary
A leading stainless steel stockist in Singapore is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive to drive sales and manage customer relationships. Candidates should have a minimum of O Level and 1 year of sales experience. Training is provided for those without experience. The role offers a salary package of up to SGD 3700, AWS, performance bonus, and meal incentives, working from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales for steel and stainless steel products.
- Manage customer order entries and inquiries.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Coordinate material delivery between warehouse and customers.

- Drive sales for steel, stainless steel, and aluminium products.
- Process inquiries and manage customer order entries.
- Participate in trading, sales, and marketing initiatives to enhance the company's sales volume and profitability.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in its maintenance, providing relevant recommendations.
- Establish and maintain strong, enduring relationships with customers.
- Facilitate coordination between the warehouse and customers for material delivery.
- Ensure prompt payment collection from clients.
- Execute ad‑hoc tasks as directed by the Director.
- Min. O level
- Min. 1 year of working experience as a sales role
- Training is provided for inexperienced candidate
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Preference with a solid knowledge of documentary credits, containerized shipments, and incoterms
