Diploma Holders — Good Communication Telephone Technique, Interpersonal, Writing, Analytical & Negotiation Skills. Able to Handle in Mandarin & English Speaking Clients / Customers.

Business Type: I.T., Computer Accessories & Office Equipment Supply Service. Familiar with the Use of ERP System, Product Knowledge for Printers & Supplies, Computer & Peripherals, Network Services & Accessories, I.T. Services Industry.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Account Manager to Corporate Customers
• Request & Prepare Business Processes Including Quotations & Tender Submission for New Project
• Manage Customers Credit Status & Sales Orders, Customer Services & Support, and Ensure Schedule Delivery On Time After Sales.
• Upgrade. Adhere to SOPs to Maintain ERP Data Integrity & Operation Efficiency.
