Responsibilities
  • Design and implement sales strategies for office software to achieve regional revenue and growth targets.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team.
  • Set clear sales objectives, monitor team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform product positioning and sales strategies.
  • Work with the marketing team to localize campaigns and promotional efforts for target markets.
  • Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals.
  • Coordinate with product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients.
  • Provide feedback to R&D teams on local market needs and feature requirements.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of sales experience in the software industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
