Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue project-based opportunities in both residential and commercial sectors.
• Support business development by engaging, acquiring, and securing new clients or project leads.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding client needs and delivering value-added solutions.
• Prepare and submit quotations, close deals, and coordinate projects as required.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle customer inquiries via chat, phone, and in-person meetings professionally and promptly.
• Apply knowledge of construction and renovation processes to better serve clients (preferred).

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the construction/ renovation market, products, and services
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably in the construction/ renovation industry or other relevant industries.
