Job summary
A leading accounting services provider in Singapore is seeking an Accounting Assistant. You will process accounts receivable and payable, update cashbooks, prepare GST filings, and assist in financial reporting. Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of accounting experience and proficiency in Excel. Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP is a plus.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of partial accounting experience (ideally 3 years).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Responsibilities
- Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions.
- Update cashbook and monitor fund balances; prepare bank reconciliations.
- Prepare quarterly GST workings for filing.
