Job Scope:
- Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while expanding existing customer accounts through a comprehensive product and service offering.
- Recommend effective product solutions to meet customer requirements and project objectives.
- Participate in proposal preparation, pricing analysis, and contract negotiations to ensure successful and profitable project completion.
- Monitor customer purchasing trends and provide accurate forecasts for production planning and budgeting purposes.
- Gather customer insights and market intelligence to support business development efforts and strengthen competitive positioning.
- Deliver quality after-sales support, including technical advice and value-added solutions to optimize customer satisfaction.
- Ensure timely billing, revenue achievement, and receivables collection to support healthy cash flow and business performance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Precision Engineering with solid understanding of metal stamping, tool making, machining processes, and cost estimation.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the same or related industry.
- Strong grasp of market intelligence, sales and marketing strategies, and industry practices.
