Job Description

We are hiring 50 motivated Sales Executives on behalf of our client — a leading authorised Telco partner in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell broadband and mobile plans to commercial and residential customers.
  • Conduct roadshows, door-to-door marketing, and client meetings to drive sales.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets of $60,000 (Commercial + Residential) or 40 Residential sign-ups.
  • Present and promote products confidently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in company-organised events and roadshows (e.g. COMEX, IT Fairs).
  • Maintain accurate records of sales performance and leads.
Requirements
  • Singapore Citizens or PRs only (per MOM regulations).
  • Positive attitude, self-driven, and resilient in achieving sales targets.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior experience in sales or Telco is an advantage, but training is provided.

Compensation & Incentives
  • Basic Salary: $1,800 – $2,000
  • Commission: Average $3,000+ monthly (no cap)
  • Top Performers: Earn up to $27 per sale and $10,000+ per month
  • Roadshow Incentive: Potential to earn $2,000 commission in one day (COMEX events)
  • Probation: 3–6 months
  • Career Growth: Team Leader / Account Manager opportunities based on performance
Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: Roadshows (flexible schedule depending on event)
