A leading Singapore-based company is hiring a Senior Key Account Executive / Assistant Sales Manager to build and maintain relationships with key clients like NTUC and ShengSiong. The role requires a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration and experience in the Wine/FMCG Modern Trade industries. The ideal candidate will negotiate contracts, ensure client satisfaction, implement sales strategies, and collaborate with internal teams. Competitive commission structure is offered.

  • Good to have Class 3 Driving License.

Senior Key Account Executive / Assistant Sales Manager

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Develop strategic account plans customized to the needs of each client like NTUC, ShengSiong, Cold Storage, Giant
  • Ensure high client satisfaction to maintain and retain key accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to enhance both profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement targeted sales strategies for key accounts.
  • Track and report on key account performance metrics.
  • Collect and act on client feedback to enhance service offerings.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by key clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to meet client needs.
Job Requirement
  • Diploma/Degree in Business Administration studies
  • Preferably candidate with experience liaise with customer from Wine Industry / FMCG Modern Trade Industries
  • Good to have Class 3 Driving License
