A leading automotive company in Singapore is seeking a proactive Management Accountant to work closely with the CFO. Responsibilities include preparing management reports, monitoring budgets, and ensuring timely and accurate tax and audit filings. The ideal candidate has a degree in Accounting or Finance, is detail-oriented, and proficient in Excel. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm, providing a great opportunity to kick-start your accounting career.
Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Management Accountant to work closely with the CFO in enhancing our financial reporting, audit readiness, and tax compliance. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering timely financial reports, analysing performance trends, and ensuring the accuracy of all statutory filings.
Financial Reporting & Analysis
Prepare management reports clearly.
Monitor budgets against actual performance.
Analyse financial statement components to support margin optimisation and business decision-making.
Tax & Audit
Prepare and submit corporate income tax and GST filings.
Liaise with external tax consultants as needed.
Coordinate the annual statutory audit and prepare supporting schedules.
Ensure all statutory submissions and filings are completed accurately and on time.
Process & Team Support
Assist GROUP CFO in enhancing internal financial processes and controls.
Standardise reporting templates and maintain clear documentation of SOPs.
Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Fresh graduates are welcome!).
Strong attention to detail, with solid communication and analytical abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with accounting systems.
Able to work independently.
Location: TAI SENG
Working Hours: 5 days
Monday–Friday: 9am to 6pm
