Job Purpose

To lead the company with vision and authority—driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence while bridging HQ and regional teams through strong leadership, cultural insight, and strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Shape and execute the company’s annual business plan, policies, and strategic direction.
  • Drive company-wide initiatives to deliver sustainable growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
  • Foster collaboration by coordinating with internal departments and HQ through regular reviews of sales, production, and performance.
  • Design and implement mid‑term improvement plans to strengthen efficiency and employee engagement.
  • Serve as the final authority for critical decisions across Sales, Finance, HR, and other departments.
  • Lead, mentor, and assess department heads to ensure achievement of business objectives and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 20 years industry experience, with 10 years in senior executive/regional roles.
  • Proven leadership in power generation or related industrial equipment.
  • Fluent in Japanese, with deep cultural and corporate governance insight.
