About the Role
HG Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Creative Marketing Executive to drive engaging brand narratives across digital platforms and marketing channels. The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and multifaceted in their marketing capabilities—with strong writing skills, a keen visual eye, and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders. Candidates with experience or exposure to real estate, construction, architecture, or interior design industries will have an added advantage.
Job Description
- Develop and implement content strategies for social media, blogs, newsletters, and marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness across B2B and B2C audiences.
- Manage day-to-day social media operations, including content planning, scheduling, community management, and reporting.
- Create high-quality visual, video, and written content for digital platforms, corporate presentations, and promotional materials.
- Plan and execute paid media and performance marketing initiatives to optimize reach and campaign effectiveness.
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activity to support data-driven strategy development.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, agencies, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to deliver cohesive brand messaging.
- Support the design of physical collateral, event setups, and brand touchpoints to ensure consistent brand presentation.
- Maintain and organize marketing databases to ensure accurate tracking and campaign follow-through (non-sales focused).
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Working schedule & Salary package
- 5 days working per week Monday – Friday (10am – 6pm)
- $3,500-$4,000 SGD (Depends on experiences)
Requirements
- Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship or project experience in marketing, communications, or digital media is preferred.
- Strong command of English with the ability to craft engaging and polished written content.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer) and basic marketing analytics.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- Photography/videography skills are a plus.
- Experience or interest in the luxury, design, real estate, architecture, or construction industries will be advantageous.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, brand consistency, and deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders.
- Experience in the luxury market will be an added bonus.
