Job summary

A leading financial institution in Singapore is seeking a skilled individual for a role in Corporate Credit Administration. Responsibilities include preparing credit documentation, ensuring accuracy, facilitating loan drawdown processes, and liaising with various departments. The ideal candidate should have a degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in corporate credit administration, with strong communication and organizational skills to effectively interact with colleagues in Taiwan.

Job Description
  • Prepare Facility Letter and other credit-related documentation.
  • Check credit facility and collateral documentation accuracy and completeness and lodge in the bank’s system
  • Check and verify constitutional documentation and other documentation submitted by clients
  • Facilitate loan drawdown including but not limited to checking drawdown conditions and Conditions precedent satisfied, liaise with other departments in completing bank’s drawdown procedure and loading of limits (and other related information) in bank’s system
  • Check, prepare and handle collateral set up and cancellation/release.
  • Oversee the key-in register of credit facility and collateral systems. Ensure clients’ information in the bank’s system are up-to-date and properly maintained.
  • Follow up on all post-drawdown conditions and conditions subsequent.
  • Track post-lending and post-approval covenant testing and condition fulfillment and maintain in credit system
  • Maintaining of credit file and documentation filings.
  • Regulatory and Internal Reporting and other matters as required.
  • Liaise with respective teams in the branch, related departments in Head Office, auditors (internal and external), regulator, and respond to queries.
Candidate Profile
  • Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Credit Admin.
  • Good communication and organization skills, with the ability to interact with our Head Office colleagues in Taiwan.
