Job summary
A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking IT System Support expertise for a 1-year contract. Responsibilities include automating business processes and ensuring integration compliance. Candidates must have a degree in IT/Computer Science, with at least 5 years of relevant experience and skills in RPA (Automation Anywhere), .Net, and SQL. The role offers a salary of up to $6,000, with a completion bonus available.
Qualifications
- 5 years experience in system design and development.
- 5 years of technical experience in IT system support & maintenance.
- Ability to implement IT systems and change requests.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate seamless digital workflows and automate business processes.
- Monitor and optimize automation processes and integration workflows.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and performance standards.

Location: Geylang Bahru
Salary: up to $6,000 + Completion Bonus
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 6pm
- Minimum degree in Information Technology or Computer Science or its equivalent with 5 years experience in system design and development and 5 years of technical experience in IT system support & maintenance.
- Ability to implement IT systems, change requests aligned with best practices, business objectives and policies and standards.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Technical skills required include the following:
- RPA using Automation Anywhere
- SharePoint
- Proficiency in .Net, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL
- K2 Workflow and SAP Fiori is preferred
- RPA certification would be an advantage.
