Qualifications

• More than 2 years of experience in AWS Cloud Operations.
• More than 2 years of experience with ServiceNow platform.
• Good understanding in managing enterprise IT systems or platforms.
• Good understanding of Terraform/IaC and DevSecOps processes.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of outsourced operation/system engineers.
• Review operational change requests, maintenance schedules, and deployment plans.
• Ensure operation teams comply with SLAs.
• Coordinate with Cloud Platform Service Providers on incidents.
• Track and review operations deliverables.
