A leading HR consultancy in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR professional to manage recruitment processes and employee documentation. Responsibilities include onboarding, payroll management, and compliance with HR regulations. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of relevant experience, is proficient in HR systems, and is bilingual in Chinese and English. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to various HR functions.
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and arranging interviews.
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, contract documentation, and personnel file management.
Manage attendance records, payroll-related documents, and coordinate with the finance department.
Assist in employee training, performance appraisal, and benefits programs.
Handle HR matters related to MOM, CPF, and company compliance.
Perform other HR-related tasks assigned by management.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in HR or administrative roles.
Proficient in using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and strong communication skills.
Ability to handle HR documentation independently.
Proficiency in both Chinese and English.
