Job summary
A leading outsourcing firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced candidate for onsite court duties. Responsibilities include assisting court users and managing applications. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and possess strong communication skills. This is a 12-month contract role with working hours from 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Perform onsite counter duties and follow up with telephone ticket enquiries related to court applications.
- Assist self-represented court users in Probate, Mental Capacity Act, or Adoption applications.
- Manage a large number of applications filed via the eLitigation system.
Skills
Location: Nearest MRT, (Chinatown/Clarke Quay)
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to $3.5K/ Month
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12 month contract
- Perform onsite counter duties and follow up with telephone ticket enquiries related to court applications and processes.
- Assist self-represented court users in Probate, Mental Capacity Act, or Adoption applications.
- Process court orders and other tasks as assigned, within stipulated timelines.
- Manage a large number of applications filed via the eLitigation system and support grant issuance.
- Effectively manage fixture and hearing/case conference lists on a weekly basis.
- Seek directions from Judicial Officers and ensure timely follow-ups on applications.
- Keep relevant parties informed of upcoming court sessions.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong written and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Effective team player with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels within the organization.
