What will you do:

1. Legal Operations
  • Maintain and later design standardised workflows for knowledge capture.
  • Support/facilitate implementation of contract/legal documentation standards, maintain clause libraries/playbooks, and update/manage templates.
  • Develop and track performance dashboards and operational KPIs
  • Build audit-ready processes that ensure consistency, accountability and traceability
  • Integrate AI-driven analytics into performance dashboards and reporting
2. AI Enablement
  • Implement the Legal team’s efforts in evaluating, optimising and integrating AI tools for contract analytics, drafting, summarisation, workflow automation, e‑signature, research
  • Implement agreed data‑governance standards to ensure secure, compliant use of AI tools (prompting protocols, access control, retention, audit trails)
  • Identify operational bottlenecks; propose automation pathways using AI‑assisted or other workflows
  • Assist on training and easing the Legal team in AI adoption
3. Contract Repository & Internal Communications
  • Manages the contract repository, ensuring compliance with retention policies and audit readiness, as a prerequisite for sales commission payouts
  • Ensure that templates are kept on platforms which can be accessed by internal stakeholders
  • Manage and update NCS Legal Intranet webpages from time to time
4. Contract Management Operations
  • Providing secondary support to contract management team as needed
5. Stakeholder & Vendor Management
  • Act as primary operational liaison with internal business units (e.g. IT, procurement, and finance)
6. Financial and Administration
  • Overseeing sales/account managers’ commissions clearance upon receipt of full contract documentation
  • Preparation of legal budgets and tracking of legal expenses
  • Administrative tasks including general secretarial support for the Legal department (e.g. procuring of supplies, facilitating expense claims, invoice processing, formatting, research) and Corporate Secretarial arm (e.g. preparation of Board & Exco meetings and facilitating signing of documents)

The ideal Candidate should possess:

  • Experience with legal tech and digital transformation of in house legal and commercial management departments.
  • Degree or Diploma in AI, Information Technology or related field, Legal Studies, Legal Operations, Business Administration.
  • 5 years’ experience in legal operations or IT management.
  • Familiarity with workflow design, technology implementation, and process optimisation.
  • Keen interest and/or experience with document automation, data governance, and legal‑tech platforms.
  • Good analytical skills, and extract insights from operational data.
  • Agile, organised and hardworking.
