Cityline Signcrafts Pte Ltd is a homegrown signage company, established in 1997. We are a team of signage professionals dedicated to turning signage dreams across Singapore into reality.

We take pride in doing the full spectrum of signage works in-house, where fabrication is completed within our workshops (approx. 6,000 sq ft total), and installation is conducted by an internal installation and delivery fleet.

From commercial, residential, hospitality, and institutional to industrial, we manufacture signs for all categories.

Job Summary

The role will be largely responsible for all pre and post project administration for clients and main contractors, preparing monthly payment certificates and keeping track of variations to the contract that may affect costs and profitability. Liaising and coordination with clients and main contractors will be needed on-site documentation, shop drawing and as-built drawing submission. Work closely with our project and finance team to monitor work progress and payment statuses.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, evaluate, submit and monitor contractual progress claims to main contractors on a monthly basis including evaluating variation orders (VO)

Prepare and finalize main contracts outstanding progress claims and final accounts; including contract administration for variation orders (VO)

Work closely with project team to track changes for on‑going projects and adjust progress payment accordingly

Contract administration in accordance with the contract terms and conditions and financial procedures

Provide all relevant information to the Director and for their monthly reviews and follow‑up on any tasks required by them.

Assist the Project Team or the Managing Director in contractual and cost related issues, and a range of other duties as and when required.

Liaise with Finance on billings, verify payment response and disputes from main contractors

Settle payment disputes with clients and main contractors with site documentation or drawing submissions

Ensure timely review and approval/reconciliation of payment response

Be responsible in maintaining proper documentation for easy retrieval

Ensure safety practices and housekeeping is to be maintained to the highest standard

Key Competencies

Ability to execute all pre and post contract administration activities - manage contracts, costing & budget estimation, progress claims and Variation Orders (VO), and any related QS tasks

Ability to work independently with initiative and prompt action to achieve goals and meet needs without being asked

Strong ability to read and interpret architectural / construction drawings

Good knowledge of Singapore’s building construction works, Conditions of Contract, Forms of Contract, construction laws and requirements

Quality oriented, monitoring and checking work to meet quality standards; an eye for details ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation; demonstrates a high level of care and thoroughness

Requirements

Singaporean citizen / PR candidates preferred

Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the construction industry or as a Quantity Surveyor

Work independently with minimum guidance and under pressure to meet tight deadlines

Highly motivated, self‑driven with initiatives; good communication and coordination skills

Good understanding and in-depth knowledge of BCA guidelines and practices

Well‑versed in both public and private Conditions of Contract used in Singapore

Proficient in Microsoft / Google suite and the ability to learn new specialist software

Proficient in design software such as Flexi, AutoCAD and Illustrator is a bonus
