Senior Quantity Surveyor: Costing, Tender & Contracts
Job summary
A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to handle project costing, recommend contract awards, and ensure compliance in contracts. The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of experience and relevant qualifications in Quantity Survey or Civil Engineering. Competitive salary is negotiable based on experience and qualifications, with an advantage for those with LTA/PUB project experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a Quantity Surveyor position.
- Experience in LTA/PUB projects will be an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Take-off quantity for projects.
- Sourcing for quotations from specialists, suppliers, and sub-contractors.
- Prepare contracts and ensure compliance.
