Job description

Responsibilities:

• Create workload models based on production scenarios.
• Develop and maintain non-functional test automation scripts.
• Prepare and manage test data for performance testing.
• Execute and oversee performance test campaigns.
• Analyze performance bottlenecks and recommend fixes.
• Conduct regular pipeline executions of performance tests to assess system health and advise on improvements.
• Support performance improvement initiatives through data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Degree in Software Development, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in developing and executing enterprise performance tests.
• Familiarity with Chaos Testing, Performance Testing tools such as Neoload and Flood, and resiliency/browser compatibility testing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Tricentis Neoload, JMeter, BrowserStack, AppliTools, Google Lighthouse, and aXe DevTools.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root-cause analysis and clearly articulate issues.
