DESIGNATION: Executive, Sales Support
RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Directors and Managers in the effective execution of Culinary and Advertising & Promotions (A&P) sales operations. This role involves strong internal coordination and external stakeholder management to achieve revenue targets while delivering an excellent experience for venue clients and patrons.

  • Collaborate with the A&P Manager to conceptualize and implement venue advertising and promotional strategies that build a robust sales pipeline and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Act as a key liaison between internal operations and event services teams and external partners, including advertising agencies, media houses, printing vendors, authorities, and other relevant stakeholders, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support the Culinary Manager in conducting regular inspections, evaluations, and engagement sessions with catering consultants and partners to maintain high standards of food quality and service.
  • Assist in managing the externally appointed operator for the Exhibitor Service Centre (ESC) platform, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs), including: 1) Timely response to enquiries, 2) Order processing and fulfilment, 3) Content management, 4) Pricing strategy execution and 5) Onsite collection kiosk operations
  • Support the accurate and timely issuance of invoices, payment tracking and payment collection according to the contractual terms.
  • Provide general administrative and operational support as required to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales support role.
