Part Time Warehouse Assistant (3 Months Contract)
Job summary
A logistics company in Singapore is looking for warehouse staff to unload parcels, perform manual counting of items, and maintain accurate records. Applicants should ideally have N-Level or O-Level, basic English skills, and a good attitude toward teamwork. The role includes ensuring safety compliance and maintaining cleanliness in the work area. Training will be provided for those with lesser experience in warehouse environments. This is a three-month contract, with the possibility of renewal based on business needs.
Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak simple English.
- Minimum PC skills required.
- Experience in other warehouse environments preferred.
Responsibilities
- Unload parcels from skids and pallet boxes.
- Perform manual physical counting of items.
- Enter records into the system accurately.

Working Hours: 12 pm – 6 pm (Monday-Friday)

Working Location: 21 Changi South Ave 2, #04-01, Singapore 486630
- Unloading parcels from skids/pallet boxes
- Performing manual physical counting of items
- Entering records into the system accurately and promptly
- Ensure any manual lifting and maneuvering of products is carried out in accordance with manual handling procedures
- Operate in a safe manner, complying with all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements to ensure own and the safety of others.
- Keep the Management informed of any discrepancy, abnormality, and potential safety hazard(s), whether it is work or non-work related.
- Keep areas of work clean and tidy to ensure operational efficiency, where daily housekeeping is mandatory.
- N-Level or O-Level preferred.
- Ability to read, write, and speak simple English.
- Minimum PC Skills are required.
- Able to work well as part of a team.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Good numeracy skills and a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
- Ability to plan and organize work.
- Flexible approach to duties and tasks assigned.
- Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure / cost of poor quality.
- An understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Experience in other warehouse environments is preferred, although training will still be provided.
