Responsibilities

• Prepare Bills of Quantities.
• Obtain quotations and evaluate them.
• Prepare sub-contract/purchasing documents for review.
• Manage project costs.
• Assist in preparation of cost claims.
• Prepare final accounts for sub-contract work.
• Prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors.
• Attend meetings as required.
• Other assigned duties.

Job description

• Prepare Bills of Quantities
• Obtained quotations and do up evaluation for quotations
• Prepare the sub-contract/purchasing document for review & approval
• Cost management of projects.
• Assist the supervisor in the preparation of EOT, acceleration, prolongation and cost claims etc.
• Prepare final accounts of sub-contract work
• Prepare progress payment certificates for sub-contractors
• Attend meeting as and when required.
• Other duties as assigned.
