Summary

Ensure the safe and reliable operation of customer assets—including VIE tanks, gas mixers, and hydrogen installations. Deliver high system availability through cost-effective, industry-leading maintenance protocols. Execute turnkey Industrial Nitrogen Services projects, overseeing operational scope, commercial proposal preparation, budget estimation, and comprehensive project management.

Responsibilities
  • Industrial Management System (IMS) Compliance: Identified relevant IMS requirements for bulk installation systems and executed targeted action plans to ensure full compliance.
  • Ensure a safe working environment and full staff compliance with AL 12 LSR, ALSg, and customer site regulations, including the proper issuance and utilization of PPE.
  • Lead technical safety initiatives for all gas application projects by conducting Risk Assessments and HAZOP analyses, and developing comprehensive safety procedures.
  • Developed and scheduled comprehensive annual maintenance strategies for Customer Installations (CI) in Singapore and Batam—including tanks, gas mixers, and high-pressure systems—while optimizing maintenance budgets and driving initiatives to boost operating income and market share.
  • Executed Preventative (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) for contract and non-contract customers, ensuring rapid issue resolution and high Availability & Reliability (A&R) to maximize equipment uptime and production efficiency.
  • Led INS technicians and third-party contractors in executing strategic maintenance plans for critical assets—including cryogenic road tankers, N2 pumper trucks, vaporizers, and regulating stations—ensuring high equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Provided value engineering, process design, and specifications for industrial gas application systems, while delivering technical support to the commercial team to exceed customer expectations.
  • Coordinate the end-to-end design validation and handover of new customer installations by validating BOS Technical Start Sheets with CIM inputs, managing GTIS telemetry integration, and overseeing mechanical, civil, and electrical commissioning with contractors via RFSR and Punchlist protocols.
  • Develop a strategy-based spare parts inventory system to optimize stock levels, ensuring parts availability to prevent maintenance delays and reworks.
  • Drive people development by preparing annual training plans and facilitating new on-site product training, while ensuring full Training & Qualification (T&Q) compliance with regulatory, IMS, and customer standards.
  • Lead departmental continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and executing projects to drive operational efficiency.
Requirements
