A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and expanding existing client relationships. This role requires 2-4 years of relevant experience and skills in sales strategy, market analysis, and relationship management. The ideal candidate has strong communication and negotiation skills, and is motivated to achieve results in a collaborative environment. A degree in Engineering, Marketing, or Business Development is required, along with an interest in Defence technologies.
The Business Development Manager will report directly to the Head of Business Development. He/She is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and acquiring new business opportunities while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills who can effectively manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
