• Source and place candidates: Conduct interviews, match candidates to roles, and ensure a smooth hiring experience.

• Achieve performance targets: Meet KPIs while maintaining accurate records and preparing necessary reports.

• Learn and grow professionally: Receive training, develop recruitment skills, and grow within a supportive team environment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business, HR, or related field

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting

• No experience required — full training provided
