Overview

The Senior Frontend Developer (AI-Driven Applications) will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing intuitive, responsive, and high-performance user interfaces across our digital platforms. This role is responsible for translating complex business requirements into elegant and scalable frontend solutions, while ensuring seamless user experiences across web and mobile applications.

As a senior team member, the candidate will mentor junior developers, contribute to frontend architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, AI/ML teams, and product managers to drive innovation and deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead project teams in understanding, refining, and delivering requirements.
• Participate in the full frontend development lifecycle — from pitch/prototype, requirement definition, and build, to integration, QA, and deployment.
• Translate UI/UX designs and functional requirements into high-quality, maintainable code using JavaScript, TypeScript, ReactJS, Next.js, Angular, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
• Design and build reusable components and scalable frontend libraries.
• Participate in AI/ML solution design and development.
• Investigate design approaches, prototype innovative technologies, and evaluate technical feasibility.
• Optimize frontend components for performance across multiple browsers, devices, and platforms.
• Develop, test, and validate features across different operating systems, platforms, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, performance issues, and blockers.
• Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, backend engineers, AI/ML teams, client services, and project managers in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead technical discussions and promote frontend best practices.
• Define scope, provide estimates, and manage timelines for frontend deliverables.
• Conduct design and code reviews to maintain engineering quality.
• Mentor and support junior developers.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date, and accurate technical documentation.

Basic Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience across the complete lifecycle of frontend application development.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Production‑level experience with ReactJS, Next.js, and Angular.
• Ability to architect scalable, maintainable, and performant frontend solutions.
• Strong knowledge of responsive UI/UX principles for web and mobile.
• Proven experience delivering high‑quality HTML5/CSS3/JavaScript across interactive web/mobile projects.
• 3+ years of backend development experience in Python and Java (Java 8+), J2EE, Spring Framework is a strong advantage.
• Good understanding of AI/ML fundamentals, enabling contributions to AI‑related workflows or integrations.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML projects with hands‑on experience in AI/ML development. Good exposure to GenAI and Agentic AI is a strong advantage.
• Experience with version control (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket, AWS CodeCommit) and modern branching workflows.
• Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is a significant plus.
• Exposure to AWS services is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with cross‑browser compatibility and frontend performance optimization.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Understanding of DSS compliance and WCAG accessibility best practices is beneficial.
• Strong team collaboration skills with a high standard of excellence.

• Experience building AI-assisted user flows, conversational UI, or AI‑enhanced frontend features
