Overview

As a Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of developing and nurturing client relationships in Singapore. Our prestigious client base spans blue-chip organizations across commerce, industry, and banking and financial services.

In this role, you'll manage your own recruitment portfolio, delivering top-notch professional services to build and strengthen business relationships. Your expertise and dedication will be key in fostering long-term partnerships and driving success for both our clients and our firm.

What you will do
  • Client management includes business development to identify, develop and grow new clients whilst maintaining key accounts.
  • Become a “Trusted Advisor” by building sound relationships with clients and candidate
  • Understand client\'s requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates
  • Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
  • Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines
  • Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and professional networking events
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency to keep us ahead of the competition.
