Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the project from the beginning till the end
• Ensure that there is efficient use of resources as well as ample cost effectiveness
• Manages day-to-day site operational aspects
• Report to Project Manager
• Management and Supervision of the project team
• Be a solid team player

Requirements

• Degree in Building, Civil Engineering / Architectural or relevant field
• Min 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Relevant experience with track records in building structures
• Excellent project skills, good communication & interpersonal skills
• Highly self‑motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity
• Good team player and adaptable to a dynamic environment
