About the Role

Carrots Consulting is a specialist Total Rewards and Executive Compensation consultancy with over 25 years of track record in Singapore. We advise organizations on executive compensation, incentive design, performance management, share-based compensation, and workforce analytics.

As part of our 2026 team refresh, we are hiring across multiple levels — Analyst, Senior Analyst, Associate Consultant, and Consultant — depending on experience, analytical depth, and demonstrated consulting capability.

This is a quantitative consulting role combining structured analysis, modelling, and client-facing problem solving.

What You Will Do
  • Perform quantitative analysis and structured modelling for compensation and incentive plans
  • Support and deliver consulting engagements in Total Rewards and Executive Compensation
  • Design and evaluate reward and performance frameworks aligned with business objectives
  • Develop and enhance analytical tools, models, and methodologies
  • Prepare client-ready analyses, insights, and presentations
  • Progressively take on greater responsibility for client interaction and project ownership
  • Apply data analytics, automation, and AI-enabled approaches where relevant
Who We Are Looking For

We are interested in candidates with strong analytical foundations, from either of the following backgrounds:

Option A – Actuarial / Finance / Quantitative
  • Actuarial Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, Econometrics, Engineering, or related disciplines
  • Strong numerical reasoning and modelling capability
Option B – Data / Analytics / AI
  • Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Business Analytics, or similar fields
  • Applied experience in analytics, automation, or AI-enabled tools
Core Skills (Expected at the Relevant Level)
  • Strong quantitative and analytical capability
  • Advanced Excel and structured modelling skills
  • Working capability in analytics or automation tools (e.g. Python, R, SQL), commensurate with role level
  • Structured problem-solving and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a consulting environment
Compensation

Monthly salary range: SGD 6,000 – 12,500

Additional Information
  • Prior Total Rewards experience is not required for Analyst or Senior Analyst roles if analytical capability is strong
  • Candidates with relevant consulting or reward experience may be appointed at Associate Consultant or Consultant level
