Job summary
A growing medi-aesthetics company in Singapore is seeking a candidate with outbound call center experience. You'll be responsible for engaging with prospects, maintaining professionalism, managing appointments, and communicating effectively in English and Mandarin. Ideal candidates possess excellent communication skills and a proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment focused on client relations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients.
Responsibilities
- Engage and establish relationships with prospects.
- Maintain professionalism while speaking to prospects or clients.
- Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule appointments.

You will be responsible for your target, including the following job responsibilities:
- Engage and establish good relationships with Prospects, from an assigned pool of leads.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and service while speaking to Prospects or Clients.
- Manage appointment cancellations and reschedule new appointments with prospects promptly.
- Conduct regular calls with the Prospect or Client to book appointments for him/her.
- Call Prospect or Client to remind them of their appointment.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the supervisor or Management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of outbound call center experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin-speaking clients for booking of appointments.
