Job description

Responsibilities

• Daily update progress report on assigned projects to Project Director
• Responsible for overseeing the overall site progress
• Plan ahead materials need to be used for the assigned project
• Liaise with Sub-contractors and workers on the work progress and schedule
• Ensure all work progress adherence to the safe work procedure
• Ensure to familiarization with the scope of works
• Maintain and monitor project schedule, work hours, budget, and expenditures of the materials
• Ensure the works met the Clients expectation
• Attend site show/ liaise with the client
