Job summary

A recruitment advisory firm based in Singapore is looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment processes, handle payroll calculations, and oversee dormitory management for workers. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in HR or Business Administration and at least 3 years of experience, particularly in the building and construction industry. Familiarity with EPE and EASYTIME is advantageous. This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $3,300 to $4,000 plus variable bonuses.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in building & construction industry.
• Familiarity with EPE, EASYTIME will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage the recruitment process, liaising with employment agencies and screening candidates.
• Calculation of workers’ overtime and managing payroll.
• Responsible for payment and distribution of dormitory fees.
