  • Conduct regular, in-depth analyses of our company's policies and processes to identify strategic opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Analyzing and reformulating existing and promising business contracts to maximize turnover.
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives. Develop overseas business operations.
  • Provide input on trends and set targets for execution to achieve strategic goals.
  • Providing short and long-term actionable plans in consultation with the Directors.
  • Provide training and input on techniques to support the successful execution of business strategies.
  • Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients.
