We are recruiting Associates to join our Singapore team. Associates work directly with clients to improve performance by making clear, logical, and convincing cases for change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on steps to reduce oil & gas project risks and improve their project delivery systems and overall business competitiveness.
  • Assess a wide range of capital deployment facets – from single projects and project teams to project delivery organizations, work processes, and governance structures – to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage with client senior management, business, and project personnel to obtain information required for analysis and provide insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Conduct data analysis to support the case for change and recommendations.
  • Prepare and deliver reports and presentations.
  • Develop and implement client solutions.
Position Qualifications
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • High level of interest in capital (engineering and construction) projects and project systems.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, enabling the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders in client organizations.
Experience Requirement
  • Minimum five or more years of experience in a relevant position (e.g., analyst, scientist, consultant, project manager, engineer).
Experience in either one of these key areas is a plus

Subsurface, including geology, geophysics, reservoir engineering, production operations or drilling and completion functions of the industry; or experience in E&P facilities engineering.

Education Requirement
  • A Master’s degree in project management, engineering, physical sciences, business, economics, mathematics, or allied fields.
  • Knowledge of statistical analyses such as hypothesis testing, analysis of variance, linear and logistic regression is advantageous.

Travel Requirements
