This is a full-time on-site role located in Woodlands for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of assigned projects, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery and will be the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any project-related issues or concerns.
- Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely completion, quality control, and adherence to safety regulations.
- Lead site supervisors, engineers, and subcontractors while ensuring smooth on‑site operations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure project alignment.
- Manage electrical design, material approvals, and ensure compliance with client requirements.
- Prepare progress claims, material submissions, reports, shop drawings, as‑built drawings, and OMM documentation.
- Plan manpower allocation, arrange work schedules, and coordinate procurement and material deliveries.
- Assist in settling final project accounts, including handling variation orders.
- Singaporean or PR only.
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, specifically in managing M&E projects.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
