Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Foreign Worker Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment of foreign workers for various industries. The role involves sourcing candidates overseas, coordinating documentation, ensuring MOM compliance, and liaising with employers and overseas partners to ensure smooth deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Sourcing

  • Source and screen foreign workers through overseas agents, referrals, and databases
  • Conduct interviews and shortlist suitable candidates based on employer requirements
  • Match candidates to appropriate job roles and clients

Documentation & Compliance

  • Handle work pass applications (WP / SP) and related MOM submissions
  • Ensure all documents meet MOM and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate recruitment and worker records

Coordination & Deployment

  • Liaise with overseas recruitment partners and training centres
  • Coordinate medical check-ups, training, and pre-departure arrangements
  • Track arrival, onboarding, and post-deployment follow-ups

Client & Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate with employers on recruitment progress and timelines
  • Address employer and worker queries professionally
  • Support resolution of recruitment or placement issues
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Diploma or equivalent; HR or recruitment background preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in foreign worker recruitment or employment agency
  • Familiar with MOM regulations and work pass processes
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet timelines
  • Proficient in MS Office; CRM experience is an advantage
Preferred Skills
  • Experience dealing with overseas agents (India, Myanmar, Philippines, Bangladesh, etc.)
  • Knowledge of recruitment for construction, marine, manufacturing, service, or domestic sectors
  • Multilingual abilities are an added advantage
