Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise the project to ensure that the works are constructed in accordance to the project specifications, construction drawings and Building Control Act and Regulations.
• Manage and supervise the RTOs on site to provide satisfactory supervision.
• Provide administrative control and maintain proper records including site attendance, leave records, overtime records and inspection checklists.
• Review Contractor's submissions, work method statements and work demonstrations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve site discrepancies to prevent delays.
• Attend site meetings, highlight foreseeable problems and recommend possible solutions.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil and Structural Engineering.
• Must be accredited as Project Manager.
