Job summary

A leading engineering consultancy in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical/Electrical Engineer to supervise construction for building services. The role requires at least 6 years of experience in supervising related projects, solid knowledge of technical drawings, and the ability to manage site activities effectively. Candidates should be willing to work nights or weekends as necessary. This is a 1-year contract position with a competitive salary up to $7000 plus an annual bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of experience supervising construction for building services.
• Good knowledge of technical drawings, including layout and control schematic drawings.
• Willingness to carry out night/weekend works as needed.

Responsibilities

• Review design drawings, handle material requisitions, and supervise construction activities.
• Manage and verify delivery of materials and equipment at site.
• Prepare project status reports, identifying issues and recommending improvements.
